Should realize a mirror is their best friend. You break alone? So do I. Less distraction. Yes it’s hard to learn, but that’s what sessions, cyphers, & jams are for. I know, I loved sessions with my crew, but it just seems like when I’m alone, the mirror is the best because it judges me based on how & where I want to improve.

For the most part yeah, but don’t depend too heavily on it. Poe One said it best, if you pay most of your attention to the mirror and how you look you lose the rawness of just FEELING it, and that gives you far better results than a mirror
